It's widely accepted that Jesus is a physical manifestation of God, a part of God, or part of the Holy Trinity. He's sort of in limbo because he's not God, yet he's not a prohpet or something similar either.

Not religious here, just something I learned from others who believe.

Fun fact: December 25th was chosen as the day of Christ's birth because it coincided with a Pagan holiday, making freshly conquered/assimilated Pagans more accepting of Christianity. The true date of Christ's birth is some time in Autumn.

I've always felt like people who practice non mainstream religions are like the hipsters of the religious world. I can understand believing in something that has a huge global following, or something you were raised to believe, but the tiny little religions just seem like people trying to be different from everyone else.

It depends really, if they shove it in your face like 'LOL I AM A WICCAN/PAGAN HOW COOL AM I' then yeah, I guess they would be just doing it for the attention but some people practice some of those non mainstream religions personally and without the need to show off as if it makes them special, some legitimately do it because it's what they believe in.

A lot of people have different mindsets, it doesn't matter if it's "mainstream" or not..., a believe or religion should be what you truly be-leave in.
