I feel that free speech should be absolute everywhere in the US even schools (businesses are their own thing in the idea that they basically hire you to represent them and what not and by signing a hiring contract you are subject to their terms). People will likely bring up that incident where someone yelled fire and people stampeded out(hurting several people I believe) and say there should be a limited on free speech because of that or punish it, the person yelling fire may have caused the panic but the harm was done by the people rushing out.

Gun laws wise any gun should be legal to own, gun purchases should still have the mandatory wait period and the background check, also for first time buyers they should have to take and pass a gun safety/education class with a possible reup every like 10years if they try to buy a gun, the Gun show loophole is easy enough to fix by basically applying the same rules as gun stores, though the guns can be shipped to the persons house after everything clears. all mag sizes should also be allowed as it is really pointless to restrict them as one can do DIY mags with little effort anyways so its basically a pointless restraint of trade. I can hear people having a shit fit already about US gun violence, guns aren't the problem and we should stop blaming them and start looking at why people are going on rampages to kill people cause I guarantee you take away the guns and there will still be killings( might be less but they will still happen), but they might use worse things like toxic gas or explosives.
