Sears - Springboard if you notice also in the bottom right as the board fails in both videos it says Do not Attempt. Controlled Environment, its an commercial ad, also, ya know, science, you cant stay at that same altitude that long from a simple spring board, maybe a cannon but not a spring board

If i remember right it was bones from his soup/meal but yes it fired human teeth bullets, he ended up shooting the cook or what ever in the neck with it, it was a pretty weird movie based around the idea of Media becoming so real that its indistinguishable from reality. Good movie if a bit cheesie
