Criminal's property needs to be signed off and ownership of any items passed down. This can become problematic if no will is written, there are no next of kin or if they have debt.

If there are next of kin they also need to be notified and given adequate time to either get there or give goodbies, if they want to.

After that you've got basic human rights such as last meals, sentencing, religious freedoms, allowing them their last moments, etc... as well as ensuring all proper records will be notified of the death and the right people will be present: Witnesses, executioners... You need the morgue to be ready too.

True, but those aren't universal, the one I said is true in all states, the other ones vary from state to state.

In many states it's the driver in the back that has responsibility to ensure that he has enough room to stop if the driver in front does one of those things.

I don't know if other states have this law, but in Oklahoma if you're not established in your lane and someone rear-ends you, it's your fault.

For instance: if I was changing lanes and then immediately slammed on my brakes and got rear-ended, it's my fault because I entered the lane and didn't give the other driver enough time to accommodate.

The only reason i know about this is beacuse my sister's boyfriend was guilty of causing a collision because of switching lanes and braking. The cop told him that you need to be in a lane for a minimum of 3 seconds to be considered "established" in it.

I live in Tennessee and if you run into the back of someone on the road for any reason it's your fault.

The cyclist is more in the wrong, but that car put on the turn signal, then .3 seconds later started switching lanes. This is why you're supposed to wait longer than half a second after putting on the signal.

You can call bullshit all you want but when multiple people have the same issue it's not an unlucky coincidence. Look it up. There's quite a few people complaining about it.

Some of them completely missed the Kellog dialogue because he immediately attacks you as soon as you enter the room.
