Meh, I never got into Minecraft. Thinking about selling my old account actually. I got it before Minecraft went into Beta.

In all honesty, I never really liked Minecraft. When I played it I got bored of it very very quickly. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it's just not the kind of game from me.

I do have a question though. Do you have to pay for every update?

No. One pay and you have the game forever, or if you started playing during the right time you would have it free.

A friend of mine told me that if you bought the game after it went into beta that you had to pay for every update. Guess we were both misinformed.

How much do you think a Minecraft account that I got when it was Alpha would cost?

The cost right now is around 15 or 20 euros, or around 26 US dollars. There are also frequent account competitions on the minecraft official forums as well as others from different server hosts and etc.

I play a few other games or at least try to, I have xbox because my friends do, but besides minecraft, terraria, and browser based shit games my computer cant run anything.

Depends. What is your game name? If its something rare like Grass, or Cobble, or similar to a famous player you may be able to sell it for full price or even more. If it has numbers in it, its probably worth less than five dollars. it also really almost entirely depends on where you sell it.
