I personally really like this diet. It's very restrictive, but effective none the less and not terribly expensive (about 100 bucks a week)

As far a training regimen goes, I would do some sort of interval or steady state cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-40 min and weight training 2-3 times a week (that's what the NCSA recommends)

So, a week of exercise could look like this:

Mon - Chest, arms, Cardio
Tues - Legs, Cardio
Wed - Off
Thurs - Back, shoulders, cardio
Fri - Legs, abs, cardio
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Off

Best of luck, if you want more details on lifts, workout programming, nutrition, etc. ill be happy to help

If you are not on your PC i suggest using a macro that is set on repeating clicking the mouse on the spawner and AFK.

theres 1000 users in the game, its really laggy but they do lose health. you dont need to click though, that just breaks your mouse

That damages faster but when the enemy has 3 billion health it doesnt help much to click for 50 as fast as you can

The Luteces fucked everything up so they felt guilty, and set out to tinker with the normal series of events and make Booker's survival against Songbird statistically possible, by getting him to Comstock Castle alive and then hooking him up with Old Elizabeth for the command device. They wanted to craft a reality via trial and error where Booker and Elizabeth are able to succeed, basically. That part makes enough sense.

I don't know why the main Elizabeth survived. Reasons, I guess. I hate that they suddenly took away her powers with a half-assed explanation, then killed her off in the DLC, and shoehorned Infinite into Bioshock 1's plot. Seriously, enough.

Also Bioshock 2 was better.

Because constants and variables

All of the multiple huge plot holes in infirte's shitty story is explained by "constants and variables" because Ken Levine is a pretentious fucktard.

Infinite was bad, but I don't have anything against Ken Levine and I see no warrant for insults. Character-driven stories just aren't his thing and he bit off more than he could chew with all the multiverse shenanigans.
