Create a template such as this for every workout you do.

Create a binder, and put in some dividers, splitting up which muscle groups you work that week.

You can find some of the most standard exercises online, add in 2-3 exercise for each specific muscle group, each with 3-4 sets. Always start with a compound movement, such as bench press, deadlift, squatting, and overhead press

Record the weight you used.

Record the reps you were able to pump out. If you know your form was good, and you acheived the maximum desired reps, then up the weight next time you give it a shot.

If your form was shit, or you found a way to make your form good, record it in your notes

Basic workout for a week with 1 day rest

Monday - Chest
Tuesday- Back/shoulders
Wed- Bis/tris
Thurs- Legs
Friday - REST
Saturday- Restart with Chest

Do cardio 3x a week ( maybe monday/ wednesday/ rest day )

The only issue I've had from splits like that is that chest to shoulders to triceps works your triceps three days in a row. I like to split my days up with the leg day in the middle when I have a body part split.

I personally really like this diet. It's very restrictive, but effective none the less and not terribly expensive (about 100 bucks a week)

As far a training regimen goes, I would do some sort of interval or steady state cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-40 min and weight training 2-3 times a week (that's what the NCSA recommends)

So, a week of exercise could look like this:

Mon - Chest, arms, Cardio
Tues - Legs, Cardio
Wed - Off
Thurs - Back, shoulders, cardio
Fri - Legs, abs, cardio
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Off

If you are not on your PC i suggest using a macro that is set on repeating clicking the mouse on the spawner and AFK.

theres 1000 users in the game, its really laggy but they do lose health. you dont need to click though, that just breaks your mouse

That damages faster but when the enemy has 3 billion health it doesnt help much to click for 50 as fast as you can
