It's fine. I made this account because I had a friend who used this site and I didn't want him to know I was a brony, but he's not my friend anymore anyway, so it doesn't matter anymore.

Is being a brony really a bad thing?

For me, yeah. Being a brony isn't that big of a part of my life. I tried meeting up with other bronies IRL once, didn't take. So, I'm not missing anything by hiding it. Besides, I know how people look at bronies from a subjective viewpoint, they look at you differently, people suck like that. I'm not going back to that.

Hmm... I can see how that could be a problem.

But it's never been that big of a deal for me.

To be honest, I'm jealous of the people who are open about it. They are free in a way that I am not. Still, if it was that important to me, then I'd do it, but it's not. Watch all the episodes, a pony thread here, a fanfic there, a few mascots later and here I am.

For me it's the opposite, being myself is a hassle, it's just easier to be what people expect. Shallow but realistic. I know who I am, and that's good enough.
