Sunset, do you browse /fit/ or are you just making sly references?

I've been on /fit/ a couple of times but that's a wordfilter.

Really? Damn, I feel out of sync with this confounded "word filter" stuff. Who knows, maybe Do you even lift? is a /fit/izen? I know that Moot posts sometimes on /fit/ about questions with lifting, even put up a pic of him in the gym. It was neat to know moot browses his own creation often. The only issues is people go, "hurr hrruurrr lift m0ar dood, et moar protenzzz" So he tends to just ban them.

He most likely is. And yeah, though I truly only browse /co/ nowadays. Used to be a /mu/tant last year, but that gradually faded towards the realization that they're all a bunch of pretentious hipsters... And awfully annoying too. So, yeah. That's really it.

Yeah, /mu/ is alright somewhat, only issue is that I went there once and found a thread bashing The Flaming Lips, I mean, I know "blah opinions" and all. But they were attacking the band members, not even the music. I'm like, da' fuck? I browse /r9k/ and /fit/, but recently I've lurked /b/ a bit, and have been humoured by the gore threads.

The gore threads are really the only things that are worth going to be /b/ now. Oh, and if you want some more gore threads, browse /gif/. Out of the plethora of porn and annoying sauce requests, you'll find a lot of good threads of people shooting their faces off or something like that.

Oh I've seen a lot of things like that. I've gotta' admit, I browse them not for pleasure, not because I'm "intrigued," but mainly because it's building up my immunity to shock. I plan on either being a doctor, which will need some getting used to that stuff, or being a blood analyst for murder scenes. /gif/ is good, but I've only ever gone there once.

They really are just interesting as fuck, yes. Like, when I got surgery on Tuesday for my toenail, I found it interesting how they did it. Though I plan on being a computer technician or a musician when I grow up.

Ah, I've always wanted to be in computer mechanics (fixing, upgrading, etc.) But as a side job. I had both toenails remove, the first time the doctor was plum stupid and put the shots in wrong, no medication, INTENSE pain. The second time I was given medication, and he put in the shots, which I have no idea if the meds help, because I think they might have been placebo, but everytime he pushed I felt it, so I couldn't get them taken out, after a few more shots, I watch them being taken out when he wasn't looking. It was crazy. The first time the shots didn't work 100% and I FELT the scissors cutting down the middle. :/

Agh, can't even imagine that. Luckily they numbed my toe before they did anything...

It really was odd, like, there was very little pain, but I could feel it cutting, like I had nerves in the toenail, I even felt it being ripped out. Honestly, it was the best thing I've ever had done. Ingrown toenails suck, but my condition had them bleeding the second I put socks on.

They do suck. You know what's worse, though? Infected ingrown toenails. God damn. And I had both toes infected for 2 years interchanging. It was only in December we actually got rid of where the infection was. Then it came back because the doctors can't do their jobs and clean the cut. So, we had to go back this week. x_x

Eh, only two removals here, infection left, currently waiting for them to grow to see if they get ingrown again. Good luck with yours, I had infection but it went away. If it hasn't been recommended, try taking sandpaper or something and thinning the nail down, helps relieve some pain. That and Epsom salt baths. Sweet gusta~

I took the Epsom salts a little while ago to help ease the infection before the first surgery. This time they just burned the skin of the nail to prevent it from ever growing again, both infection and nail.

My dad got his right one permanently removed. They tried it for me the second time, but they grew back because the chances were smaller because I'm not as old as the typical patient.
