There's small built, but small-built people have a weight to match their height typically, and I'd say 90lbs is.. crossing that line a little bit. My sister who just turned 12 is rather small built and still exceeds 90lbs.
So you are either in complete lack of curves, or are probably fudging it a little on the weight.

That's true, they also don't take into account muscle/fat ratio and all the other variables about people.
Think of it this way, at least most girls would kill to be able to eat anything and gain no weight
