Oh and this is 12 hour shifts three days in a row. So I work friday, saturday, and sunday 5 pm to 5 am.

I work in a caulk and spackle factory doing different things. Usually I'm running my machine, packing the tubes of caulk or spackle it spits out and then offloading the boxes, meaning put them on the pallet. When the machine runs well I can get over 1,000 10 pound boxes done in a night. Some times I do heavier materials and some times I do lighter ones. Some nights they might need me packing on a different lines.

Heh. You spend your days grabbing caulk.

That's good, just keep it up and don't hurt yourself working. I work outdoors on a road construction crew operating and doing groundwork, and I've injured myself a few times trying to move something alone that I should have help or equipment to move. Any health benefits you get, USE THEM.
