| you're right cheetahs can't get domesticated but humans can earn their respects when they're still cubs cheetahs are social creatures which, as the video shows: isnt worth much. they are still wild animals. their hunt instinct is triggered VERY easily(back turned, or if you fall down for instance. those are two of the common death reasons) even then, big cats play rough. even professional trainers admit that when a tiger or any other big cat starts playing with you, you need to diffuse the situation FAST. otherwise it doesnt matter how freaking much they love you,for you will end up in a hospital. #32 -
angrybacteria (12/01/2015) [-] You do have a point, but none of those were cheetahs. Cheetahs are very different from other big cats in several ways. They are generally the least dangerous of the big cats (they eat rather small prey like antelope since the cheetah itself is only about 100 pounds). They don't have bonecrushing jaws and are the only cat which has dull non-retractable dull. Cheetahs are the only big cats that visitors allowed to have direct contact with in zoos without jeopardizing human life. If you make direct eye contact they will run rather than pounce. Yes they can kill you, but so can any mid-large domestic dog.

| Doesn't the HP work in hits though? They only have nine but if I remember correctly that means they can be hit nine times unlike every other unit which has proper HP. That and the 99 attack damage. | ||

orangesarenice (11/21/2015) [-] It wasnt just Sikhs. It was mainly Muslims and Hindus (Who comprise the majority of India and the British Indian Empire). "There are other interesting behavioral and cultural pointers: Sikh and Christian households had the highest - over 70% - access to improved sanitation. Hindus - at 45% - had the least access." -BBC on toilet use in India. The issue in India is that a lot of the population is very poor and most of the population is Hindu hence the public deification "epidemic". It's really a poverty problem not a religious one though. ![]()

braddyy (11/18/2015) [-] We are trying to see if there is a correlation between parents' behavior towards their children (being restrictive, or super carefree) and how they act in college. We believe the tighter leash the parents have on the child before they go to college leads to that child behaving more reckless lifestyle at college. Class is Intro to sociology at UNI.

| They can be... "fooled" by adjusting light levels, because the proteins that regulate them are tied to... Wait. The protein pair tied to circadian rhythm is regulated by light, with light degrading one which causes the other to fall apart. But what about blind people? How does that affect their rhythm...? I agree with you, but I would say the amount of sleep would be insufficient. Even if you can fool the waking mind to believe that 24 hours have passed in 6 hours, theres no way you can mistake 2 hours of sleep for 8 #32 -
