Nope. I have heard of it before but that has been from an Australian. But it seems mainly to be a thing in UK, US, AUS, and so on.

It's not even just an American thing though, hell it said in the comp that they do it in Australia too.

It's a single blade razor. It's double sided and pretty much makes your face go reverse puberty

That's what i was thinking that was after a buzzed it down with my razor. I had a bit of a neck-beard at the end of no shave November though.

I was thinking more of an entire game set in a time before the other games, a time where dwemers were alive and in power. But I suppose a some sort of timetravel scenario would be neat aswel

Unlikely, considering how the Dwemer disappeared. Essentially, Kagrenac, the greatest enchanter in the history of Nirn, found a way to bind the dwarves to the heart of Lorkhan, which would ascend them to a higher plane of existence, possibly to achieve CHIM, such as Talos and Vivec. He performed his spell as the Dwemer concentrated their essence on him, however, at the crucial moment he slipped and played the wrong note, casting all of the Dwemer outside of existence. Or outside of Aetherius. I'm not totally clear on that part. Point is they fucked up and they're gone
