last time i checked not being backwards compatable was still only a rumor but even if its not, thats why im keeping my 360 when i buy my next gen consoles, same with my ps3, i missed the sony one did they say ps4 was backwards compatible?

Well yeah, the way they are enforcing that is by mandatory installation of the game you bought with only a single code that will be locked to your account. Same principle that's used in pc gaming, which I think it's retarded because that's one of the main reasons to have a console instead of a pc. But hey, that's Microsoft for ya I guess...
