The dialogue wheel isn't even that bad. Everyone seems to be making this huge fuss over it. UP is for questions....LEFT is for sarcastic response (hardly ever leads to confrontation as everyone seems to try to convince people)....DOWN is for the general nice guy and RIGHT is for being a cunt. I haven' had a single conversation go wrong because it is honestly not that hard to realise what you are going to say.

The only thing that gets me slightly annoyed is the removal of the PERCENTAGE check for persuasions. Now you just have to hope when it is yellow, orange, red

Don't get me wrong. I'm saying the wheel is the biggest flaw because I have hardly encountered a problem with the game other than that and the lack of information in the Settlement UI. I just prefer being able to see what I'm going to say other than a vague description of it as it makes it easier to choose. I don't hate the game for it and I could perfectly let it go for the other good qualities of the game, but I don't need to because there's a mod for that.

yh i mean for me i didnt build much into intelligence so i wanted to get the perk that doubles the cores duration (i think you need INT8 or 9) so i only really started using the armour it till level 30

I actually didnt look anything up for a while and didnt do the main quest so i only upgraded and painted the t-45 until i realised you could get different versions once i went to the brotherhood. i only had the one fallout feels pic

That's because of the additional projectile. I can get more 10 dmg and nearly 20 fire rate into that thing too once I get the perk to mod it for .308.

Correct. The game doesn't wipe safe zones at all from my experience (close to 80 hours). I placed objects out side of containers and have never had something disappear

I think that chestplate and the leg guards are sturdy, not the heavy.

Heavy leg guards are pretty easy to identify since they're the only combat armor that covers the whole legs. Heavy chestplate has two extra plates at the front and a huge ass upper back piece that kinda reminds me of the Turians in Mass Effect.

Where did you get that heavy right arm by the way? I must have slaughtered the three major Gunner camps already and I didn't find shit.

Honestly the Silver Shroud trenchcoat is pretty damn good. I'm not sure if you'll be able to find anything better than it with the possible exception of sturdy/heavy combat and synth armor.
