This is one I did on the computer. With a mouse unfortunately. But I had to use a reference because it's a little hard with a mouse to make something up.

That's not bad at all. One thing I would do, is zoom in, and smooth out the edges on the ridges of his face, it makes it look a lot better. I do forum sigs, and I have to do that.
