Keep cool. Don't try too hard, but just keep calm and hang with her. DO NOT let this opportunity go, or you will spend the rest of your life regretting it. You're very right about the "passing fad" thing. Remember Aaron Carter? Neither do I. I know he wasn't as big as Beiber is, but he was still that popular teen singer, and now where is he? He could be fuckin dead for all I know, I haven't heard about him since what, 2001?

Pretty much hey. It's a pretty good film.
But at the start when he says that he would 'wait for her' I was like ohhh he innocent.
But Ellen Page's character was actually 18 not 14, they cut out the scene where she admitted that because they thought the idea of a 14 year old doing that stuff was scarier.

Seriously man, she likes you. I know this is gonna sound harsh and it sounds difficult now but years ago I was in the same position. DO NOT let this opportunity go, or you will spend the rest of your life regretting it. Keep cool. Don't try too hard, but just keep calm and hang with her. If she asks you somewhere, go with her (unless it's shopping or something horrible like that, but otherwise just try to hang with her). If she wants to get to know you better and hang out more, she's clearly interested if not very slightly intrigued by you. Girls like confidence; not being a self-centered and cocky asshole, but a guy who is assured that he can do things.

Happy birthday, I suppose. Anyways, one tell-tale sign of attraction is pupil dilation. In the diagram to your left is two eyes. The eye on the left is a normal pupil, whereas the one on the right is a dilated pupil. When someone is in contact with a person they're attracted to, they're pupils dilate and become bigger. Bear in mind that dark rooms and drug use have the same effect, but if in a decently-lit room and she is sober, if her pupils are dilated and it's just you two then it is a sign that she's into you.

Of course! Communication is at least 90% body language. Asides from pupil dilation, there are several other signs. The most common signs for girls is playing with their hair, laughing/giggling a lot, smiling, touching (like if you say something funny she'll playfully push you or something like that).

This one time around Fourth of July, as a joke they did a sign-up list for the inmates to go see fireworks. This was fake of course, however the inmates took it seriously and signed up. When one of them walked up to him asking when they'd go see fireworks, he told him "There are no fireworks, it was a fucking joke you dumbass" and the inmate started CRYING. This of course leads my dad to laugh harder, saying that "his mantears amuse him".
