Well, I saw on a "This Week in Science" post that stem cells were artificially made from adult human skin for the first time, so that could be as good as embryonic stem cells...

Exactly. A still-born doesn't have to be completely useless (wow that sounds bad), it could be used to save dozens of more lives.
