I'm kiiiiiiiiind of going to side with the anon. Yes, if every country on the planet paid its' debts at the same time, the world economy would crash. Then again, if every country on the planet lowered the price of peanuts at the same time, the world economy would crash. Economic crashes are absurdly easy to cause these days, due to how tightly interconnected the economies of most countries are. However, a single country paying its' deb wouldn't cause all that much commotion. The US owes money to so many countries that if it paid its' debt the money would be split amongst too many people to cause a serious impact.

It would also most likely mean you have to pay a premium to visit the sites you want to visit at a normal speed. They could even completely block sites that they don't want people to visit such as a competitor's website. Net neutrality just makes it so that they allow equal bandwidth to all websites.

There may be other implications to this ruling however since the FCC is now regulating the internet but we will complain about them when they arise.
