Because people apparently find PewDiePie's cries of fear and constant cursing to be funny.

As for Tobuscus, they're apparently mesmerized by his ability to stand in front of a white screen, bright light focused on him, and listen to him talk about video games with mediocore comments.

I can see why they'd like them, at least, like Tobuscus.
I don't see why everyone goes ape shit over them.
