My advice for purely from theoretical perspective. You feel hunger when blood glucose levels drops. Try ketogenic diet. The point of this diet is to eat least carbs as possible (20 - 50 g per day). All your nutrients should come from fats and proteins. Because of that your glucose levels would drop (because humans have around one day worth of glycogen stored in their liver and muscles) and process called ketogenesis would start. What it does it uses fatty acids to produce ketogenic bodies (that would be direct translation from my language), because brain can't get energy directly from fatty acids (thus liver produce those ketogenic bodies). Ketogenic bodies usually blocks the sense of hunger. Same process happens when you are starving for a longer than a day - at first you would feel hunger, because of low glucose level than after 24 -48 hours ketogenesis kicks in and feeling of hunger dissapears or at least is reduced. Now speaking about carbs after you get some carbs your insulin levels spike and ketogenesis is stopped, thats why you should eat small amount of carbs - thats how you maintain ketogenesis.
Now the weight loss purely depends on calories in and calories out, but this ketogenic diet would help you too eat less food because you dont feel hungry.
