I understand evolution completely and I'm actually on university right now. I think this might be my bad english or some weird shit because what you wrote is completely what i meant. I know how natural selection causes skin color diversity. In my comment I merely stated that your skin color won't change by moving closer or away from the equator (other than getting a tan). Am I literally retarted today or do we actually agree?
User avatar #232 - sirwolfcat (05/28/2014) [-]
We all agree here it's just no one said that you instantly get darker closer to the equator. I know the second comment in the content kind of misworded what they meant.

This was exceptionally well said, I have two points I would argue though. Some people are exceptionally good at hiding their real self and feelings. I've worked as a lifeguard at a pool mostly catering to daycares, coached youth sporting events, and held a job being around children for the past four and a half years, but no one I have worked with or dated in that time has figured out that I hate kids and will never have any. The other point, is completely personal. I can't stand green tomatoes no matter how they're fixed lol

What exactly is the definition of a Thoery of Mind test? Or Simulating the Future?
#89 - ainise (05/01/2014) [-]
The Sally Anne test, which my example is a variation of, is the most common form of Theory of Mind test. There's a lot of info on Theory of Mind and it's taught in every entry level psychology classes. I'd say hit the google - they define it a lot better than I can.

that's why he/she said unless the girl is petite. meaning is a short thing. I agree, I don't like it when a girl's ribs show.

In America we would say "bum a cigarette" which can mean asking someone else for a cigarette (like a bum) or it can mean to use a cigarette to light another cigarette. At least that's what it means where I'm from. I imagine it's the same in Europe, except "fag" is slang for cigarette.
#201 - ainise (04/23/2014) [-]
Hmm.. I've lived in a lot of places and America and I've never heard "bum" to mean to have. I guess it kinda makes sense though. Thanks.

I remember the book. I enjoyed it. We also had to read books like Flowers for Algernon and The Giver, which I ended up enjoying all of. People seem to be surprised when they learn I never had to study Shakespeare growing up.
