I didn't really think of Luke's and Rey's reactions to one another as being shocked, they seemed more, well to be honest the long-ass pauses in that scene made it seem really fake and I didn't get any accurate read on it, but neither of them seemed shocked. Rey seemed more excited to have finished a task than happy to see her father again, and Luke looked like he hadn't acted in at least 30 years...

The point I made about C3PO was more pointing to how if she got that much of an accent that would stay with her for so long then she must have spent a considerable amount of time with him so it seemed to me like Han and Leia were more worried about the new First Order and just left C3PO to take care of her. To keep her occupied he would probably tell her fantastic tales about magical wizards who fought with glowing swords and about princesses and smugglers (which is what Rey thought of when she first heard Han Solo's name, and is how 3po probably would have referred to him as) who fought against Tyranny. Also if she spent most of her childhood around droids that would help explain her knowledge of electronics and would also explain why she was so willing to connect to BB8 and be friends.

Honestly I think the writers are going to fuck it up somehow and just give her random parents, or have it be Luke but there will be some random plot hole that makes it impossible, but this is the situation that makes the most sense to me.

I was going off of the fact that she has knowledge about Han Solo, the war, ships and electronics in general, and has experience flying even though she never flew a ship once her parents left her on that planet. She can use the force very well so one of her parents was probably a force user (Leia or Luke), but Luke was training Jedi for a long time so he probably wouldn't have had the time to take care of (or even have) a child, which makes me think Leia. There are a lot of shots in the film where Rey says something and then theres a shot of Han's face for a few seconds where he looks sad (ie. "I didn't know there was this much green in the whole Galaxy!" then Han looks sad). She has a British accent (and you may just chuck that up to the actress not changing her voice but I'm rolling with it) and the only person in the universe I can think of who also has a British accent was C3PO and we first saw him again with Leia. Also I think Han's asking her to join him and chewie on the ship was a way of trying to reconnect to his dauhgter. Also Kylo freaks out when he hears some girl helped Finn and the droid escape.

The reason I think she was put on that planet was because Han and Leia found out Kylo was going awol so they hid her thinking that he was joining the dark side and was going to try to kill his family. They just wanted to protect her, and the reason they didn't tell her about the whole situation is that the writers want to have some sort of "Rey, I AM your brother!" as an allusion to Darth Vader talking to Luke.

You can disagree if you want but it makes a lot of sense to me.

I can see the points you make, and they do make some semblance of sense.
However, if Solo and Leia were Rey's parents, why did she react to Han the way she did? She didn't call him dad. She didn't run over to hug him. She very clearly made a big fuss of him being famous, thus knowing his name.
Leia? She was only talked to like the leader of the resistance, albeit a bit more friendly than just "Yes ma'am."

Rey clearly thinks her family would come back for her on Jakku, and she must have some sort of picture or memory of how her family looks.
At the end of the movie, there are also spoken no words between Luke and Rey. At all. They just stare at eachother in shock.

Admittedly, everything is still up on the air and nothing is canon until Episode 8 & 9 comes out.
Personally, I'd like it that Rey had 0 blood relation to any of the Skywalkers or Solos.
