It is complicated. The life quallity of some people didn't change despite the economic crisis. However, many people have suffered so far, especially the retired and the public servands. Until recently, public servands in Greece were permantly employed, without fear of getting fired. Now things have changed. Many lost their jobs due to the crisis. Even immigrants are choosing to leave Greece. Also, crime has gone up, and people are afraid for their lives. There are even street robberies with Kalashnikov rifles. And yet our politicians keep ************ us. And there is this party, the Golden Nazis, a bunch of fanatics and racist a**holes, who appear to gain more votes than ever in these elections. So, it is highly possible that in a few days it will be either a communist party or a fascist party that wins the elections. I am afraid that soon Greece will end up like China, or N.Korea, or even Iraq (without the sand desserts). It is a beautifull country, though. Great beaches, awesome islands, delicious Meditarenian food and LOTS of beautifull chicks every summer. At least tourism can bring money to this counry.
