It is. But there is no denying that LOK looks better. Except for the 3D cgi parts, but I've never like those in anything.

Story and charactor wise TLA is better.
Sounds, and animations are better on Lok. Especially bending, the coolest part.

But it's more efficient to send soldiers into war and get more than to have piece and get less.
