they just take 2 weeks from us to qual (grass week, range week)

what branch and MOS/rating are you?

wait, you guys actually have to pay to qual?

Only if i choose to qual on my own time, I could go down to the range and try to qual now, but if i go like once a month [at some stupid time (like Saturday 7am) I am not awake yet] its free.

so if I couldn't swim at all, how difficult would it be?

Relatively difficult, BUT they will send you there to learn to swim like every day, and you can get out of some of the more boring shit if you go to swim every day. That being said, don't fail on purpose, I had a friend who had to stay at bootcamp for 2 extra weeks because he couldn't pass the swim.

they are shooting qualifications, I got rifle sharpshooter and 9mm sharpshooter. Neither of them were quite expert, but still pretty good. (I can always retake them if i feel like wasting 140 bucks to requal.
