It was sorta a trick question. Bronzong has 2 weaknesses, Fire and ground. However, one of it;s abilities is levitate, allowing no damage from ground. The other one is heatproof, making it resist fire type

Well gengar with substitute and disable, so it can abuse the fact that most things only have one move that can even hit it.

Kangaskan with fake out/drain punch/return/ sucker punch is very fun, as it can live forever while killing everything

Spike stacking is making sure that you have stealth rock, spikes, and toxic spikes up as soon as possible, so every time they switch in, they could be badly poisoned, and take up to 75% damage, and a good cleaner is fast, and can kill stuff that is damaged easily, while a bulky phaser uses roar to abuse spikes/ stealth rock even more

hmm never thought of that as a rain poke, and he is one of my favorites... I want to be able to use my pokes just as effectively out of the rain so that in 3v3 flat battles i can be a little unpredictable and a fire/bug type might be able to throw off people who see politoed and immediately select anti-water types

Also, It roasts ferrothorn, a problem if you say, loose toxicroak, and with:
QD
Roost
Hurricane
Flamethrower,
it can easily set up on your enemy, sun, or most any other weather except sand, who politoed can manhandle given the right circumstances, with that in mind, maybe try Tailwind on dragonite to give some more support to the rest of the team

With paraflinching or with baton passing?

why not both, but paraflinch is probably easier with all the rain in the meta (sun can probably beat it due to chlorophyll, but it is absent)

well, its just an explanation of pokemon logic, and these are supposed to be the peak of their respective type, ergo, they can break a cinder block just by looking at it, or in the case of conkeldurr, they can use it as a weapon.
