I guess you don't add randomers but thats understandable. So I'd like advice on something you didnt reply to earlier, as well as another moderator not answering also. If I were to leave comments and replies to everything you posted on this site that were hateful and mean. You'd block me, now am I allowed to continue making new accounts to bypass the block and continue harassing you?

If you leave consistently bad comments on someone's page with an ill intent, and they block you, then creating a new account to get around that block would be further harassing, and it would also be obvious that it was you on the second account too.
