Well. In the series there's a generation of Joestars. Kind of a family that saves **** and dies alot.
The first two parts use Hamon, which is the power of the body to fight zombies and vampires.
In part 3 and up, that weird stuff still happens, but instead of Hamon, they have stands. Which are like ghost things with powers made by the spirit of the user.
Sounds cheesy but it's real good

Ohh I got ADHD so I feel you on that one. I actually found my way out of depression though, so as words from one to another: you will get through it eventually. Squid porn will be so much better out of it too. ;)
