i have seen a lot of anime and out of all of them the one's i like the most are reborn and fairy tail and i haven't found another anime that was as good as them to me

It's about an organization called the Butei.
This organization is like the police force only it's run on money. The MC is a student in the school for Butei and through standard anime coincidence he meet the main heroine. His family has something called "Hysteria Syndrome" which makes them act like "Heroes of Justice" involuntarily. I have only watched a couple episodes so that's all I can tell you.
