So, anyways there will be a bicameral congress and Supreme Court. It’ll probably have two political parties as well! But I do not want that. I’d rather it be like an oligarchy of sorts. One large political albeit with three branches (obscure branches at least) but with a lot of little jobs and a few big ones, however there will be no exact leader. There will most likely be 2-5 people from each branch that occasionally comes to gather to discuss the nation, other than that there will be no need to actually meet and talk. This is what is best for Comprisism to utilize, however like stated before it is really up to the people in the end. In sorts of ways this is a very democracy-ish thing to do, simply by letting people ultimately vote on what they want to run them, however the Oligarchy idea I brought up will most likely be the default system.
this is what I have so far. I would like constructive criticism not blatant insult or ignorance. if you have any ideas please tell me as I kind of need help. thank you for taking time to read all of this!

Education is now going to be handled in my caring hands. (at least they appeal caring) The former statement that children will be tested at the age of 10 is being questioned to whether it is ethical, if that is the best time, etc. At the moment I am at an absolute lost when it comes to this matter so I’ll put it aside…unless you have any ideas I gladly like to know.
Anyways like I stated before, Comprisism isn’t really a permanent thing it’s mainly used to stabilize a country (However as I put more time into this I am constantly making more plans, law, and polices more and more harder to knock down in little time.) I am considering limiting the many systems I’ve allowed to rule. I feel as though some sort of republic is the best option. I’ve milked the idea of making some copycat check and balance thing like in America. But if I do that this will basically mean I’ve just created some plans and polices…which I have been doing. That’s essentially what a government is: a package of plans, laws, and polices.

Now comes the food…ah yes the food. It is probably the thing you’ve been wondering most about. How will a nation distribute free* food? Well production companies that feeds the crippled nation that are actually in the nation (that originate in that said nation) will be asked to spread out into other countries allowing the ones in the nation to focus only on the nation. At the same time using those who joined the new military branch (mentioned previously) will begin joining various farms to help speed up production and increase potential output. Some (most likely ones who have a good knowledge of agriculture and animal husbandry) will begin starting new farms along the outskirts. If the nation happens to have neglected or near unusable land for farming, the nation will find a use for it! Even if they have to create an absurd market for the material we can find use for. Terraforming is an option, however it is simply very time consuming and possibly costly. Very. Costly. Hopefully it will allow us to properly feed the nation with government and commercial food. If the recent increase in production (and decrease of value) those who want extra may buy with ease, but most extra food will be exported. This thus allows people to be a bit at ease when making large purchases because they don’t have to think about buying pesky groceries. The process of actually obtaining the food will be explained at a later date.

REVISION: various changes. (And additions)
If the current political system is democracy, than there obviously a need to create a House of Representatives and House of Senate or something of that effect. When time comes and a new political system is in, both houses will remain dormant. NOTE**I am retracting this statement for now.
Though unsurprisingly Democracy will most likely be favored
In terms of economy (which will probably be in shambles assuming Comprisism is usually adopted when the country is in trouble)
To ease up on spending money in unnecessary amounts, the country (let’s say cA is its name) cA will began focusing its money of the inexpensive resources the developing countries provide in bulk, hoping to get some sort “discount” by “seemingly” lifting up some tariffs for them to make it easier for them to buy goods from us. Depending on the main (or rather current) problem, we’ll say unemployment in this case. We will begin making various branches upon the military, though they don’t actually fight. Their purpose is to build various government buildings across the nation establishing hope to the people that things will get better while doubling the nation’s efficiency. Their job also includes properly connecting the rural and urban areas by updating various roads and make sure the various small, unimportant, neglected villages get the proper care. We will also “loan” some of our military assets (for a price of course) to varying nations, however it does not mean the nation is a “true” ally and support their cause in anyway (money is just money), nor does it mean they have allowance to use the assets like scapegoats. (if the assets are in fact abused we withdraw our support almost immediately) The nation does not on any terms support crimes against humanity (I hope not)

4. there will be an existing stock market, however those only those exceeding a certain salary can simply roam the stock market, to avoid having poor families go bust(Poor families will have to sign wavers that will disallow them to after they lose so much money). The food won't be exactly free however what they pay through taxation is be a very small fraction. The government and government funded companies makes the food. This food will then be stockpiled at stores. Families then every week, or they can go daily go get their meals for the weeks and days. There will be multiple choices. Then they go to a "checkout" where workers will check off the items and update the inventory log. If you want more food than pay for it. Acts of totalitarianism are not allowed. no power is allowed to be absolute, except Comprisism itself, and if someone wants to add a policy, huge amounts of work as to be done.
