I know youve said youve given up. But I think it might be beneficial to write down a list of items that are common (that it is reasonable to have 10+ of) and to send them all to a different account. Each day, we send 1 sword, starting with the most probable, and try all of those items on one sword a day. It might take a year to do them all, but im positive both swords would be found be this time next year.

I guess we could do that.

Keep also in mind.

For the iron fortress sword, we should start out by trying all non colored swords with the word iron in it (wooden, iron, mecha demonic), as you and I both believe that topaz, is not in fact, the thing that makes the sword yellow. And of course in this extensive run, we should not exclude any swords.

For the maul we should probably start out trying emerald sapphire swords because the hilt of the maul is green and blue.

If the most likely options are exhausted we can move on to the next most likely or just random (keeping track of what swords we have done.)

Our options at this point is literally.
A sword with iron in it (colorless) combined with 10 ingots of some color
A sword without iron in it (yellow/topaz) combined with iron ingots

Keep in mind if you do try to make a list, dont count items that were added after the swords came out cause obviously those wouldn't be in the combination. And things like bannana, cucumber, and most pets would count as those types of items and wouldnt hurt, no matter how absurd they seem to the special sword combo.

But I don't want it to use it for text color. I know some one who plays the items game who us only like 15 items short of having all the items in the game, and I thought it would be a nice late present to gift him another item he didn't have. He literally has like 2200 items there us no one else even close to him, and that gifted text color item us unobtainable otherwise

well from what im reading on the board, im not hearing any complaints.

before i do any of this. I was having a discussion with people on the board who believe that this image that i drew (to be added as a pet with a non pokemon associated name) would be copyright infringement. I do believe however, that there are already items in the game that are technically modeled after copyrighted material. Such as AH: rat monster. Who is clearly modeled after pikachu. Some people on the board argued that it was ok because it is a parody of pikachu, but my drawing is not a parody. A parody is defined as, "an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect." I have imitated the style of the pokemon, but it is highly exaggerated. The official artwork for this pokemon is a 5 foot 11 mean looking metal death bug. Is it neither cute nor is it small. Whereas my imitation drawing is a tiny, almost plushie like things that is arguably cute and adds comic effect. I mean, ultimately it is up to you whether this image is acceptable or not. But I do not think that this image being added to the game would be copyright infringement, especially if we put in the description the copyright information of the pokemon company to denounce any idea that we were claiming personal ownership.

Well Ill ask the people i trust the most. Because the caligo.r, and some others have a bad opinion of me and would likely shoot me down because of bias. Ill ask dono.r and dend.e. Listen to my logic one more time before I answer that.

You say that you think that topaz is not the right color for the sword. Then by default, the sword that needs to be combined to get a special has NO color, because if its not topaz, it certainly isnt any other gem color.

If it is a basic sword with no color, then the yellow has to come from something right? Well no "iron" item has yellow in it. That makes it that the sword has to have the word iron in it, because the item will have the word iron in it.

But if we dont automatically rule out the topaz swords, then we have to accommodate that the topaz swords with iron in the name are hard to guess the item. The topaz sword that dont have iron in the name must be combined with an iron item.

So our best guess would be 1 of those 4(?) swords with a yellow item

Basic iron sword
Mecha bladed basic iron blade

those are THE only swords that dont have a gem color, but have the word iron in it. That would mean the yellow would come from an item.

To me it wouldnt make any sense to try any non colored swords without iron in the name, because that means by default, they must be combined with an item with iron in it. So where would the yellow come from?

Iron is the criteria. Either the sword has to have it or the item. The other criteria is yellow, either the sword has to have it or the item.

So either its a non colored iron sword with a yellow item. Or its a non-iron yellow sword combined with an iron item
