But no girl is "asking for rape". They might be out to get laid, yeah, but rape is not sex. "she was just asking for it" is a terrible thing to say, and it's almost never true.

Exactly. But OP didn't claim it was justifiable. He just said they should how known how irresponsible they were being, especially involving X (the drug mentioned). He also never said they didn't have the right to dress however they wanted, he just insinuated that, if they dress like that, they need to be *careful* in an environment filled with horny drunks/drugged out people.

Most the time it is not "Rape" the girl wakes up sees you there and calls it rape... Normal guys get blamed because these girls are scandalous little guttershites. Rape is a horrible disgusting act of a coward. This however is not the case in these situations

Legally, a person is not allowed to give consent when under the influence of so much drugs (alcohol, X, whatever) that they can't function. When they wake up in the morning and regret it, it can technically be classified as rape. While I agree that "bad decision sex" should be classified as something else, especially if the other person didn't maliciously induce the intoxicated state in order to sex them.....

The average percentage of reported rapes that turn out to be fake is somewhere around 8%. Dressing provocatively is (as I said) something I personally would not do, and do not believe to be safe, but women and men should be able to dress however they wish without the fear of "asking" to be raped. All I'm saying is that rape is never okay, no matter how the victim is dressed. Women who propose false allegations of rape can't take responsibility for their actions and are at fault.

That percentage only accounts for the ones that get proven false ( like one situation I had) But the amount of times I've seen it happen and she won is astonishing so I'm sorry for our difference in opinion, but I stand firm.
