It normally says, for me anyway, that the can is equal to two servings. So, yeah, I don't have that problem, but I feel your pain bro. The highest I've seen (in water) anyway, was 60x2 so, yeah, hope that helps.

It was something I noticed moving from the States to Canada. They don't list "portions per container" after the serving size in the nutritional information panel. Weird.

Losing fat is all about that diet brah. Currently what I'm working on, nothing but tuna, chicken and protine bars/shakes salad and watching how much I eat. Oh, 5 mins of cardio after weight training too, that'll help speed up my metabolism!

If you want, I'll keep you posted on weight loss and stuff.

My diet's always been pretty bad. I'm working on fixing it these days. Moving away from carbs and back into vegetables, some portion control. It just pisses me off when the portion size on a can of tuna is given in cups and the contents are listed in grams...

Nice pun, here, take this.

As for me, yes, I sweat waaaay to much, no matter what, as long as my heart is above resting, I will sweat, everywhere, all over. Chest, back, forehead ect ect.

THE ONLY time I wasn't sweating a lot, or at all is when I was 18 and at my thinnest? I think I ran out if sweat. Lol but I was at a cal deficit for about a year and only weighed 170lbs and could run 2 miles in under 13mins.

I would eventually sweat, but it would take A LOT to make me sweat.

I'm back in the gym now after 4 years and I sweat like a wildebeest on a summer day in the Mohavie dessert.

I guess it just really depends, your body changes and adapts, it just takes a really long time of high intensity training?

There was something about lactate acid on the muscle will cause you to sweat more. But I don't know,

It all depends on body fat ratio, if it's high, most likely going to sweat a lot, if you're low, you won't sweat as easy, since fat is an insulator and keeps you warm and sweat is ment to cool off the body, that's why skinny people get cold much easier than others.

I'm 243lbs at 6 foot and I'm normally hot, but when I was 170lbs I was normally cold, even during summer days.

That's just my take on it, I could be completly wrong, that's just what i noticed when I was a fat guy who went to a skinny guy..... Who went to a fat guy again, who's going to a athletic guy now... Lol

That's a pretty good point with body fat, there. Even at my most fit (<170lbs, 6'1", constant construction work + martial arts), I still held onto a surprising amount of body fat. I haven't been lean enough to see a decline in how much I sweat.

That works, too. Whether it works out or not, you'll be fine. If it does, great! If not, you'll live. Rejection sucks, but it's better than running circles in your head over a dream. What matters is that you're trying. Just relax, be you, and have fun.
