Guns don`t kill people kill
"I've designed this machine for transportation."
"I've designed this machine to communicate."
"I've designed this machine to kill."
The intention is irrelevant. The numbers are real.
cars are responsible for far more deaths than firearms. and the game Watch_Dogs paints a decent picture of how computers and automation can be used to kill.
i highly recommend watching The Game Theorist's video regarding that.

- I really have no horse in this race, but Trump did attack Stew…
I know. But the argument against Trump is retarded
It points out the hypocrisy in his attacking Jon over the name change.
No it doesn't
How does it not?
Because Donald didn't change his own name
But, if he believes in honoring your heritage, why not change back to his own original surname?
Because he didn't change his own name. It's technically his heritage now that his name is Trump since he was born into it. He doesn't have to change his name back to something it never was for him. Technically, ironically, that would be ignoring his heritage. John Stewart did it on his own
Well, that is a good point. But, then, why criticize somebody else for something an ancestor has themselves done? There's really no reason to be a dick about this kind of thing.
Because he doesn't give a fuck and his whole platform is literally just to cause bullshit. But people still think he's serious
Except it wasn't an argument against his name having changed, it was an attempt to dispel the connotations Americans often apply to the name "Trump". He himself admitted on the segment this was born of that "Trump" implied success.
how the Flying Spaghetti Monster was born. It was used to dispel the automatic awe some people feel when hearing the word "god". They replaced "god" with "Flying Spaghetti Monster" as a way of highlighting the other ridiculous shit peoples' perceptions just gloss over when a god is involved.
Both of these are just examples of somebody attempting to highlight that humans make connections between words and other meanings, which can be irrelevant. I'm not here to dispute your opinions on Trump or John Oliver, just to point out that you seem to have misinterpreted Oliver's intentions in a way that indicates you've never actually seen the segment you're criticising.
- "You make mama so proud, son."
Mama's big baby
I wish I could hear those words.
why you gotta be throwin feels everywhere mang
- But how did the neanderthals get to the moon?
