the entire load of semen isn't one child, one load of semen has MILLIONS of sperm cells, each one sperm cell is a different child. only one sperm cell will gain access to the egg.

The child that was stopped was a child that is never conceived because time travel stopped it, when they try again without a condom, the new sperm cell that gets fertilised is justin.
