FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood. The greatest German based anime you will ever watch. Brotherhood is the remake though, there's the original FullMetal Alchemist too.

i refused out right to watch brotherhood. i loved the original and ont want to ruin it by watching a remake as if my theory is correct and goes by standards then a remake of anything is shit. just like the new remake of short circuit is going to be and so will the remake of E.T. and yes they are both unfortunately getting remakes......laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame

It's not so much a remake as it is just another adaptation of the manga. FMA had a lot of fille,r and then competely left the manga behind, FMAB is kinda OVAs or DBZ/Deathnote/ movies- doesn't intrude on the aniem you know already. I'm not one to force anime upon people, but with FMA, i really wanted more of it, Brotherhood's ending is a whole lot easier to comprehend too. And you don't get the crap about Sloth being Trisha and Wrath being Izumi's child (i still don't know if it's a boy or girl...Krona's curse! Speaking of- Al's VA was also changed to Maxie Whitehead cos Aarron hit Puberty and is now the lovechild of Dan Green and Vic Mignyancat- ie lowlowlow voice but stil super sexy.)

Actually brotherhood wasn't a remake, but a story line that actually follows the manga which the original Full Metal Alchemist did not do. The difference in story starts after the arc when Edward becomes a State Alchemist. I will say Brotherhood is a great anime and should not be played of as a remake of Full Metal Alchemist.

Why not kill each other and have both gain exp so you level at an equal pace?

How long would that take?

Depends on how long you take at killing and reviving.

If you do it 100 times a day, you'd probably reach level 9999 in 2 months.

Forcing someone to come back to life just so you can kill him over and over again, you say..?

Lock someone in your basement, kill them, revive them and repeat it until you're level 9999!

How long would that take?

Depends on how long you take at killing and reviving.

If you do it 100 times a day, you'd probably reach level 9999 in 2 months.

One sec for revive, and two secs for stabbing

Won't the level difference between you and the victim make you gain less exp?
Why not kill each other and have both gain exp so you level at an equal pace?

I'd say less than a month, then, if you do it nonstop and sleep for 2 hours or so.

That could work, but no one'll guarantee he'll revive you. He might just use the chance to escape.
