There are still restrictions on used games for the one, Internet requirement, kinect is mandatory and Microsoft partnered with the NSA to spy with it, mandatory chek in(if you don't connect every 24 hours the console won't play games). Viewer count limit on people allowed to view content with you and more.

DRM will basically make it so your games will stop working after a certain amount of time and if you try to keep them and use them\, it will be a criminal act. I missed Microsoft's conference at E3 so I am wrong about the used game fee, however you still won't have all the features of buying it new, like in some cases not being able to play online. In regards to connecting once every 24 hrs, if someone should be able to do it no problem, then why even make it a stipulation? What if my router breaks and need to get a new one? I would still like to able to play single player games while I wait for my router

PS4 is fully connectable to the PSV, Microsoft uses Smartglass with very limited engagement.
PS4 does not apply a single license to each and every disk and download. One does.
PS4 does not require internet connection. One does.
One also requires connection to a Kinect bar. No Kinect, no One.
PS4 is 399$, One is 499$.
PS4 does not enforce DMR, One enforces it vigorously.
