If fairy type is true, then it's actually looking like quite the powerhouse type, being weak to Poison (the flat out weakest type in the game) and Steel (which is uncommon as an attacking move), while being immune to dragon and super effective vs dragon?

Aye! Dragon needs another check and being super effective against Fighting is pretty sweet too.

She was a stray dog. We were about to go home after church and our youngest siblings said there was a puppy outside and we went to check it out. She was sick, had no collar, and looked half-starved. We took her home and checked her out. She was very sick. We looked at a red spot on her backside. She had maggots beneath her skin. We started picking them away with tweezers as we gave her a flea bath. She hardly ate for a bit and we took her to the vet when it was open. She got a little better, but she was still weak so we took her again for some extra fluids and things and now she's a happy puppy who likes to jump in our laps and on our beds just to sit next to us. We named her Grace because its by the grace of God that we saved her in time.

A Square Enix MMO. Its not bad so far. The combat is fairly cool. Its very open world, though. There aren't many quests right now.

hue. i know it's a fantasy novel about a hero's quest and all, but could you break it down in more detail for me?

The story starts after a devastating trio of tornadoes tears through our character's home city. The people are scattered and trying to pick themselves up out of the rubble when things go from bad to worse: an army from an enemy nation picks this moment to invade. They declare martial law and execute resistant citizens and a few families as a show of power and that they mean business. Hidden in a small crumbling cave a young girl, Alyse, tries to drown out the sounds of the pain... A young man, her brother, Tenebrae, has returned with a small amount of food. The two go back and forth a bit on what's going on and how they miss their parents. Tenebrae tells Alyse to go to bed while he goes out to keep watch, despite her protests of him not having slept for the past few days...

I just made up Alyse and Tenebrae is a Latin word for darkness. The abilities he gains are shadow-themed and slowly killing him... at least until he can master them properly...

I'm fine with it, but I'd rather have seen a new original pokemon and not one related to previous ones. I feel a little cheated actually. Hell, I'd have even taken a reveal of the rodent pokemon found early on in every game.

I think it's neat. And don't worry new pokemon will be revealed in due time. Gamefreak loves teasing its fans. In a few months we'll be getting 2-3 new pokemon a week.
