Lobotomites were just about the best source of constant, replenishable caps for me, I was happy to run into them. They were particularly useful after completing the DLC and coming back to the Sink to repair things that couldn't be conveniently done otherwise, even with jury rigger.

I'm a pretty fat guy, I'm close to 260-265 and I'm just barely 6' tall. And while I do have an unhealthy lifestyle, it's mostly old rugby injuries and medication issues that pulls me down. I can still run and I'm still strong as a bull, but nearly every health institute I've been to labels myself as "dangerously" overweight. It was only after I consulted a good family friend of ours (who is a doctor), he told me I was fine, and while losing weight would always be beneficial (especially for my knees), there was nothing too horrible about my current situation. I have a healthy heart, great blood pressure and exercise just enough to keep myself from adding more pounds. The reason I say this is because even though I'm not a land whale, and I HATE Snorlax's that walk around complaining about "thin privilege" to me when I can't see my own dick, I want to ask, "Where do we draw the line between Fat and Fat enough to pay taxes"? I'd LOVE to see this enacted, but I'm worried it might do too much or too little, depending on who's making the call on what's Lawfully Fat and Unlawfully Fat.

Pic related, Might be cosplaying as Smough in the future.

My idea of unacceptably overweight is when you can't fit into a bus/airplane seat because of your fat. When that happens, hear the tax man knocking.

What if we discover a 20 foot tall, buff as fuck viking dude or something? Is he gonna have to pay extra because our pathetic mortal seats are too small for his musclebound beefbuns?

I can accept that, at that point the person in question does need to lose weight.
