It's almost like people have opinions. The poster liked it, the pizza guy did not. Shocker. I watched it and enjoyed it but felt it wasn't as great as it was hyped up to be.

Yeah, I tried watching the first episode, I couldn't do it because right off the bat they go into the main character's tragic past like you're already supposed to care about him. This was the first half of the episode. Then TFS did AOT abridged and I STILL couldn't watch that part. I had to skip to the basic training scene.

Honestly, I think they just used Eren's mom's death as an excuse to have him perpetually pissed off at everything.

He does grow some depth later on, at least.

As you can see here, the forelegs are not attached via skeletal connections. Instead muscle and ligaments connect to the scapula (shoulder blades) and hold it in place. Once the muscle and ligaments are gone, the leg simply falls off. Most four legged animals are constructed in this way, allowing for a greater range of movement in the fore legs.

The forelegs are way easier to detach from the carcass. A coyote could have simply pulled a little and wala leg o deer for dinner!
