So, the possibility of annoying quite a few people ( as grunting does annoy even some powerlifters ) is worth doing one extra rep or making a weight seem lighter?

So it's not a complete game over unless I die in hollow form?
User avatar #305 - nuclearnacho (01/25/2014) [-]
Since you seem to think there are "complete" game overs, let me shed some light. When you die, you respawn at the last bonfire you rested at, and lose all the souls and soft humanity you had on you. If you make it back to where you died, there should be a green spot which you can pick up to reclaim said humanity/souls. But, if you die again before reclaiming those things, you lose them forever.
Also, do you understand the humanity system? It kinda confused me in the beginning,
User avatar #362 - thesoloist (01/26/2014) [-]
I have no idea about the humanity system, I also think I need to restart because within 5 minutes I accidentally used up my twin humanities item thing.
User avatar #188 - Tsquared (01/24/2014) [-]
i wouldn't say its, incomplete, it just makes sure those in pvp are people who have enough experience to have the humaity to spare, and there's a covenent which allows for hollow pvp

Wait, there are multiple forms?
User avatar #184 - Tsquared (01/24/2014) [-]
there's two, your default is your 'hollow' form, there are no direct disadvantages to being hollow but online play (with one exception) is unavailable

then there's your human form which requires spending humanity (a semi-rare item) and allows invasions and summonings

if you die in human form you revert to hollow form

yeah, but they are very quite docile. I go camping quite a bit, I live in North Carolina, which is home to the carolina wolf spider, known to be the largest type of wold spider. Like I said, they are quite docile, and usually mind their own business, I see them all the time when I go camping, sometimes they get in my tent. you can shine a flashlight out across the forest at night and see a bunch of little sparkles, which are their eyes, because they hunt at night. I've been around them A LOT and have never been bitten. when we were kids we would take a canoe inside a tiny bridge inside a creek, and the bridge was only about 5 feet wide, and about 4 feet above water, you'd have to keep your head down. the bridge was infested with the damn things, lol. I imagine you'd really really have to continually provoke them for them to bite you, let alone inject venom. and even if they inject you, their venom is quite mild.
"Wolf spiders will inject venom if continually provoked. Symptoms of their venomous bite include swelling, mild pain and itching."
