 trust me. It's not as fun as it sounds. Sure at first i's awesome. Watch movies all shift play video games etc and your getting paid for it. Awesome! I came to my nighshift today only to do nothing. I usal at least have something to do. Not tonight. I have NOTHING TO DO FOR 6 HOURS! And it's 10th in a row! I fucking hate low seasons!  Really tho, I've had jobs where I get paid to do nothing. It's mindnumbing and can really be depressing when you go home every day knowing that you accomplished absolutely nothing, and phone games are only fun for so long #63 -

You do not get benefits. When they put you in the "punishment room" you will end up in option 1 or 3, with no benefits.  You can't be fired without benefits for doing tasks incorrectly or incompletely. You can only be laid off, which requires unemployment benefits. You can only be fired without benefits if you're fired for misconduct/disciplinary reasons. The banishment room is for people they want to lay off. They can fire people with no unemployment benefits for misconduct easily, but they send people to the banishment room if they're doing their jobs incorrectly/too slowly. > disciplinary reasons. The people they want to lay off are sent to these rooms, so that they will quit of their own, even though they'd not yet done anything wrong (before being sent there) School and work are not the same thing.  Yeah...War Thunder just...really isn't that good of a tank game. It's realistic to the point of poor gameplay when it comes to tanks. You want your tanks to feel like war machines, not origami. I know tanks aren't actually that strong, but the way it's handled in a game like ARMA 2 or Red Orchestra is just better off, even if you are playing from third person. WT realism is great for aircraft, and that's really where it shines, but elsewhere it just feels...lacking. Arbitrarily difficult to people who aren't trying to powergame it like some sort of e-sports player. Idk, I really like the concept of Sim battles. Where the enemy could be anywhere hiding and you have to be the better hider, but thats also ruined by the fact that anyone can turn off bushes negating cover. I guess I'll stick to grinding free xp in my Fury back at WoT. | ||
