what is that base weapon? I haven't gotten far enough to see it, and my hunting rifle and laser musket are my only snipers atm

I stopped using a regular sniper and started using the guass rifle to snipe.

Hopefully some mod will add it back when Creation Kit is released.

Not sure about anti material...but if you want to remove something from existence... you can always use a Big Boy MIRV to fire off 12 nukes for 1 ammo
