I made it out of scraps of bits of wood. Im really proud of how it turned out. It really looks professional.
Here's top and bottom. Yes, I spent about 3 hours cutting that design in the griptape with an exacto knife

Wow that is really epic, you can use the cutouts for handles or something! looks like a good freeride board!

that's exactly what the cutouts are for; mainly handles but also a bit of weight reduction I guess. It rides surprisingly well; feels like a store-bought board.

I made this by hand over the summer. 3 sheets of 1/8's inch thick Baltic Birch plywood and fiberglass mat+resin on the bottom.
