I wouldn't want to see Mad Dog Mattis "rioting" because the elites are threatening to completely destroy democracy.

it's true they help with bleeding, but band-aids are almost always optional as the bleeding can be mopped up with a paper towel and put pressure on to stop further bleeding. Tampons and pads however have to soak up blood for about 5 days, and you're right the vagina doesn't clot, which is why there's more bleeding and more materials needed to stop it. Plus no one cares if you don't wear a band-aid on a cut, but I'm willing to bet most people won't like the sight of red stains on someone's pants and the very immature will make fun of them while the rest will try their very best to avoid them like the plague so as not to catch their second-hand embarrassment.
I'd understand if you thought tampons needed to have that tax because they're moreso for the convenience of not having to wear pads (in my opinion) but something IS needed to soak up all that blood, and a need shouldn't be taxed as a luxury.
So then why couldn't a female place paper towels where there pad would go? You just told me it was just as effective. Also, people would care if you have blood stains all over your shirt at work (I'm using work because it was the place used in the post). That's not a professional way to present yourself. I never said that tampons and pads should always be taxed.
Personally I think they shouldn't, and neither should band-aids and gauze.
I said they should follow suit of band-aids and gauze, because they preform the same function.

- But wouldn't that still snap his neck?
I think so, as long as it's still a noose, hence the last two panels.
I think the physical impossibility is part of what's supposed to make the comic funny.
if it had a lot of give then no it would slow him enough that his neck might take it, however he would strangle to death
Depends on the string. The slower it decelerates, the better.
IT would take a lot longer to show down, so I don't think so, but it would still probably feel like you just got punched in the throat
yes,but it would also be FUN
