Pervy Wizard of FunnyJunk.
I'm sorry, did you expect something witty here?
This must be rather disappointing for you, then.
I don't know why you're even still reading. This isn't going to suddenly get funny or clever out of nowhere. I'm not as funny as some people may have led you to believe. Those people lied to you, and it's their fault you're disappointed by this. My description isn't anywhere near as witty as I've pretended I am, nor is it funny.
So, yeah. I'm not even sorry that you're sad.

anon (12/14/2015) [-] yeah but its sad that blacks try to sell rocks from their own lands and suddenly they're "blood" diamonds Anon holy shit can you not be head in the ass till you shit hair retarded for 5 minutes? Basically, they also go under the names conflict diamonds and war diamonds, warlords use them to fund insurgencies that cause a lot of deaths, so they gave them those names to highlight the unfortunate ways they are used. You can live your whole life without diamonds. Therefore they are worthless. You can't survive one week without water. Therefore pure water has intrinsic value. dumbass You don't seem to know what "intrinsic" means. Neither does the rest of FJ, apparently. So I'll just take my reds and leave it at "People are idiots who don't know the meaning of words" and be on my way. Toodles. #78 -
uberbunk (12/14/2015) [-] **uberbunk used "*roll picture*"** **uberbunk rolled image** When people use the word "Intrinsic", they don't mean "necessary with respect to existence and nonexistence collectively", in which case the word "intrinsic" really has no meaning, they mean "necessary with respect to the existence and progression of mankind." Now, they could add the little "with respect to mankind" every time they use the word, but that just wouldn't be very pragmatic, now would it? "What bird is that, daddy?" "Well, you see, a long time ago there was a group of Vikings called the Anglo-Saxons who spoke a linguistic derivative of an Old Germanic tongue spoken by the ancient barbarians of Northern Europe. This language they spoke evolved into, with a massive incorporation of Romantic roots, the language we now speak, Modern English. We being a species of intelligent primates descended from a long line of evolution living on the planet Earth, capable of linguistic communication, that is. With respect to this Modern English which we speak, that bird is called a Duck." There's thinking philosophically and then there's needless complication. Silly. in·trin·sic inˈtrinzik,inˈtrinsik/Submit adjective belonging naturally; essential. Yes, water is essential motherfucker Well, it depends on context really. Just like anything else. Diamonds have intrinsic value in that they are one of the best mining materials, and are heavily used in industry. To the average consumer, yes, their intrinsic value is little if not none at all. #28 -
anon (12/14/2015) [-] Not in the sense that's used here. Though he's wrong too. Diamonds are obviously worth something, but not to the extent that the people who own all the diamond mines like to pretend. They only release a certain quantity a year to keep the price high. If they released all the diamonds they had at once, the price would plummet. DuBeers Diamonds. #68 -

Stevethewizard (12/13/2015) [-] If it were a dog, I'd likely have some kind of idea. Dog breeds at least look distinguishable from each other. Cats, though... they aren't as thoroughly "selectively bred" (read: inbred to the point where, even though they're the same species, they don't even fucking resemble each other) as dogs have been, meaning the different breeds are tough to tell apart. I've seen two cats that looked damn near identical but were ID'd as different breeds. It's insane how specific they have to get on cat breeds.

But I always said we need to just French Revolution the government and wealthy, just start the country over and get rid of the old corruption as well. anon (12/12/2015) [-] except that the actual number of votes doesn't mean much because each state is given a certain number of points and blah blah blah yeah because any position in the government is notorious for listening to what the people ACTUALLY want. #92 -
Stevethewizard (12/12/2015) [-] True enough. Ironically, it's the votes in states that have fewer people that count for more. Each state has a minimum of three electoral votes (typically distributed in a "winner take all" pattern). Montana has only 3 electoral votes, but they have far more electoral votes per capita than any other state, meaning that the votes of each individual person influence the election more directly than those of the citizens of any other state. tl;dr: The Electoral College is a fucked up system. Direct Democracy for Presidential elections would theoretically be ideal, but it would take forever to actually get anything done due to the sheer number of votes to count.

Stevethewizard (12/08/2015) [-] Best part is, Ground Collapse is a common, unrestricted, continuous Spell card that nobody really uses, because it's a common continuous Spell card that doesn't really fit well with any of the dozen gimmicky decks and their variants currently seeing play. It does, however, work well with decks that deal in high-ATK monsters that don't have piercing.

nexdemise (12/08/2015) [-] Ground collapse must target 2 spots, so 3 unfortunately is not a valid thing you can play. You can combine it an ojama king, since that guy targets "up to 3", so as long as you got 1, he can go mop up the other ones. Another large combo you can do is: Vanity's Emptiness (Or Dyna protected by a safe zone) Imperial Custom Light of intervention Mound of the Bound Creator Reptiline Servant or The Tyrant Neptune summoned using Reptiline Servant and ideally Hardened Armed Dragon Now your opponent cannot: Special summon due to Vanity or Dyna Set monsters due to Light of Intervention Normal Summon due to Servant or Tyrant Neptune #20 -
Stevethewizard (12/08/2015) [-] You can target your own Monster card zone, or, if you aren't an idiot, you could technically target the same zone twice. First exception is a card rule exception. It doesn't specify that you have to target your opponent's Monster card zones, so you can target your own. Just like any card that says you can destroy one monster would allow you to destroy your own monster (if it's more beneficial to destroy one of your own monsters. Very few cases of that actually exist, but it can happen). Second exception is simple common sense. You can target a specific card with two of the same spell if it's still a valid target. You can punish your opponent with two of the same trap card if the effects would stack. Ergo, you should logically be able to target the same Monster card zone with the same restriction twice. The card doesn't have any sort of restriction on it saying you can't target a zone that's already a target of another copy of this card, nor was that included in any errata or judge's rulings on the card. The only restriction on the Monster card zones it can or can't target are that the zones can't already be occupied. #22 -

Stevethewizard (12/08/2015) [-] The demo is too short to get an actual feel for the game, though. Like I said, the game is about 8 hours long for all but one ending. The demo doesn't even take a full hour. It's free, but it's quite a bit shorter than the actual game, and there are altered elements to the actual gameplay (ability to gain EXP while still sparing everyone, and a few other details). The demo us there to try and make you want to see more of the story.
