Pervy Wizard of FunnyJunk.
I'm sorry, did you expect something witty here?
This must be rather disappointing for you, then.
I don't know why you're even still reading. This isn't going to suddenly get funny or clever out of nowhere. I'm not as funny as some people may have led you to believe. Those people lied to you, and it's their fault you're disappointed by this. My description isn't anywhere near as witty as I've pretended I am, nor is it funny.
So, yeah. I'm not even sorry that you're sad.

lollypopalopicus (11/06/2015) [-] Well I have considered it, the problem is it is super conductive to heat and electricity, get near even just an exposed household wire, or walk in a rainstorm, and it is pretty much a death sentence. It would like being wrapped in a super heated electric coil, only under your skin. That said, I do continuously think on how this can be negated. Nice story by the way m8. #140 -
Stevethewizard (11/06/2015) [-] But it wouldn't be exposed. Heat could potentially be an issue, but it's not going to be one in normal circumstances (unless you live in an oven, in which case you should probably seek out other living arrangements for reasons mostly unrelated to the graphene subdermal armor). As for the electrical conductivity, unless you either get struck by lightning or stick something in an electrical socket, you aren't going to encounter a real dangerous situation. As it stands, the human body is already a decent conductor for electricity. What keeps us from dying when shocked is our ability to put things between ourselves and the ground that act as far worse conductors. To horribly misquote something that I remember reading somewhere without remembering the context, "this is why a welder can hold on to something he's arc welding. Electricity takes the path of least resistance, and it almost always seeks the ground. To this end, it will be far more likely to follow the path from a metal piece being held in place by another big metal piece, which is connected to the ground, than it is to flow through a human, then through their rubber-soled shoes, then through to the ground."

Stevethewizard (11/02/2015) [-] Yes. It's the same reason people don't like dentists. Even if you only go once a year, if they have to drill for cavities every time, you're going to hate going. If you repeatedly trip over your dog, it's something they're going to resent you doing.

| Mouses are just plain easier to use than a controller for RTS games. The early Command and Conquer games were on Playstation and they worked pretty well. But using a mouse is just so much better. I will admit that turn-based strategy games can work pretty well on consoles though. Grand strategy on consoles would be a disaster though, but they're nowhere near popular enough for anyone to ever even try that. | ||

| Strategy games only exist on PC because it's a hell of a lot easier to play one on a PC than it is on a console. #393 -
Stevethewizard (11/01/2015) [-] That's because nobody bothers attempting to make a usable console control scheme. We had an RTS-like on console in Brutal Legend, but that game failed because it wasn't good. If anyone else (eg, Blizzard) attempted it, there could be a good RTS on console. Mouses are just plain easier to use than a controller for RTS games. The early Command and Conquer games were on Playstation and they worked pretty well. But using a mouse is just so much better. Blasphemer (11/01/2015) [-] GTA is a fuckload of everything and I would argue if this is truly better on console or PC, this game is literally depending on user preference... And yea, I'll give you that I've went over the line putting fighting games into the trash bin. Only sport games should go there really.

ashedust (10/31/2015) [-] That more or less sounds like someone took two words that referred to the same thing and decided that two words couldn't mean the same thing so they were going to change the definition slightly. And hey, why not make it suit their needs while they're at that? And that's just some class A bullshit right there.

| Like, I don't care how much money people make. I already have so much money. There's kinda nothing I want to buy which would be out of my price range. Mansion? Too much to clean and too big. Boat? I don't like water that much. Bugatti? I'm not into cars that much. More money, more problems. Sorry for being so cynical. I'm not American, so money's not as much of a "You must have it, or you die due to healthcare being expensive and student loans being a thing." | ||
