Lol dude...it's been used 3-7 times by the Pope, since some people argue what was infallible in the past before it was defined. I assume your teacher wasn't Catholic because that's some standard Catholic inaccuracy. Even Wikipedia says there are only 7 instances at most, and only two of them have been since the Pope declared it to be true.

No he was very Catholic. As I mentioned in my post he went to the Saint Philip Neri Oratory in Toronto, which is a seminary meaning he going to become a priest. He also teaches at one of the best Catholic post secondary institutions in Canada and the united states. This school is not accredited however our credits are accepted at a university in Vatican City (Along with several other prominent religious institutions in North America). He Teaches Christian Doctrine, Magisterial Thought, Aquinian Theology as well as several other doctrinal courses. If I am going to believe anyone It will be him over wikipedia.
