You also don't sound the way you think you do. You perceive your voice how you want it.
User avatar #111 - zelyx (05/17/2013) [-]
You hear your voice as it is transmitted through the bone of your skull and jaw into your hearing, combined with the sound coming through the air. Others only hear what comes through the air. Sound travels through bone differently than air, making your voice sound different to you than to others.

Because you are primarily hearing the vibrations made by you vocal cords and the air passing through you mouth rather than the finished sound as another would hear. To hear you true voice you have to record it and play it back.
User avatar #114 - rather (05/17/2013) [-]
In my head, I have a higher pitched tone than what I actually sound like. I didn't know, or didn't really realize till I talked ti someone and they were like "You have a really deep voice."
User avatar #116 - zelyx (05/17/2013) [-]
Same with me actually! It's strange isn't it?
User avatar #117 - rather (05/17/2013) [-]
I'm also quiet because I hate hearing my own voice, so it's ironic when some tries to argue, "Do you just like to hear your own voice?"
User avatar #118 - zelyx (05/17/2013) [-]
I'm usually quiet because I'm shy as fuck, I don't really mind my own voice all that much. But yes, that is ironic

that does not mean that it's going to cause one of those organs to suddenly stop working. Oh my apologies for forgetting that the baby can accidentally make you pee yourself. Not damage your bladder.

whats funny is that this recent study that op is talking about was actually done by scientists studying a pregnant mouse who had a bad heart. Not the baby kicking the moms spleen then healing it. Actually use google before trying to tell someone else to do the same.

im sorry but where the hell are you getting this information?! there really is no such thing as a fetus growing at a wrong angle. the baby moves ALOT when its growing, flippy floppies and summersaults and whichever way it feels comfortable. The only thing that really matters is the angle the baby is given birth at and making sure that the baby isn't growing in say.. the Fallopian tubes or a place that you're not meant to have a growing baby.
User avatar #105 - Sataria (05/09/2013) [-]
How has no one ever heard of this, you people can google it. Just type in "Baby putting pressure on....' and a bunch of things will pop up. A baby can move into a position that puts pressure on the mother organs, sometimes the baby will move an relieve the pressure other times it wont, and sometimes the mother cannot handle even the slightest amount of pressure and it bothers her. Naturally all babies will put pressure on the bladder but they can put pressure onto other organs as well.

I like rock and rap equally, and they both have ups and downs, but if you think about what many rappers have gone through as adults and kids like 50 Cent (shot multiple times) rapping is all they had to escape to.
User avatar #2 to #1 - Sataria (03/31/2010) [-]
Ummm 50, didn't really get shot didn't you hear, that was a publicty stunt and yes he does go threw thing but he didn't get shot, rockers go threw tough times too thats where some get there songs from, most of them came from a abusive family and things like that
User avatar #3 to #2 - UrbanRunner (03/31/2010) [-]
Same with rappers. Feel free to make fun of the ones who make all their songs about money, but some were born around racism and, like you said, abusive families. Rap is just their way of expressing experiences, mistakes, and accomplishments.
User avatar #5 to #3 - Sataria (03/31/2010) [-]
Ok im sorry if I sounded rude, but I'm not saying all rap is shit, and yes I hate the ones who only sing about money and girls and all the stuff they don't have, it doesn't matter to me if people like rap or not, I just don't like it, I respect people for there option, but I just don't like people talking into song
User avatar #6 to #5 - UrbanRunner (03/31/2010) [-]

lol I don't like it eater when people put things down (I know it kinda sound likes im being a hypocrite) but I don't like rap but thats just me, It's doesn't bother me when people listen to it or if they like it, as long as they don't force me to hear to it
